Tanya Rawal (Ta-ral) is an ex-corporate lawyer who very early on into her career realised that a 9-5 legal desk job was not in alignment with her truest core beliefs and values. A simple rendezvous with yoga led to her 'epiphany moment', and she knew she found her calling! This threw open the floodgates to a whole new world of mind-body exploration for her. Now, Tanya's newfound mission in life has become to get people to move, breathe, think, act and live with purpose and mindfulness. Her quest for mindfulness also put her on a green path. Tanya identifies herself as an environmentalist and when she's not busy coaching on fitness and wellness, she looks for ways to minimise her carbonfootprint.
She has done her yoga training from Sivananda Ashram, Kerala and Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga. Her style of teaching has an interdisciplinary approach to it and the bedrock of her classes are based on self-awareness, safety and compassion. She conducts one-on-one and group classes as well as corporate workshops.

Tanya began to dance even before she could say her ABCs. Nothing makes her feel more alive than dance! She has choreographed and performed extensively through her school and college days. She is into dance fitness and is currently a licensed Zumba instructor.
